Finding help

We all have mental health which is made up of our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Just like our physical health, this can sometimes be in need of support. The main difference (and indeed the main challenge) is that issues with mental health are not so easy to identify or treat.

If you are experiencing feelings and thoughts that you cannot explain – feelings and thoughts that are having a negative impact on your day to day life – then your mental health may be in need of some attention.
